    1. Answer incoming calls from customers or potential customers
      Quickly determine purpose of call
      Use computer to access internal systems
      Provide solution to caller
      Must be willing to become an expert on our products

  • Qualifications

    1. MUST be fluent in both Spanish and English
      High School Diploma
      At least 1-2 years experience
      Telecommunications/Mobile Phone experience a bonus
      Pleasant voice that sounds like you are smiling!!!
